domain name. For example: my-domain.ca.
Click Next
If you've already set up an email address, enter it in as the
Account name, and it's password for Password.
If you haven't yet set up an email address (or you're using a MiniSite), put
your domain name in for Account name.
Click Next
For Account name enter the "Display name" you'd like to appear in the
"From" line of your emails. For instance, "John Smith" or "RegusDomain Sales".
Thunderbird
suggests that you use the same Outgoing Server for
all your email settings. It is best to use the settings of your
ISP. This is a good idea sinceISP's have started to require their subscribers to use their SMTP server to send mail as a method of spam control.
Under Outgoing Mail Server, check off My server requires
authentication
Click Ok to complete this dialog, then click Ok to close
services. You may need to restart Thunderbird for your changes to take effect.
